TERMS & CONDITIONS

To Marzoline client (also named the Buyer),

In order to regulate in total safety your purchase on Marzoline website, here below you will find the Terms & Conditions that regulate and set out the orders you place on Marzoline website. These Terms & Conditions were established in compliance with Codice del Consumo, Parte III, titolo III (Capo I), of D.Lgs. n.21/2014 and D.Lgs. 70/2003.

 

Marzoline (also named the Seller) is a brand controlled by ALDE SRL company, located in Via Filippo Corridoni 25, 00195, Rome, with VAT Number 14325591007 and PEC aldesrl@legalmail.it.

These terms regulate the online sale of products sold by Marzoline brand through its website: www.marzoline.com

Prior to placing the order, the Buyer, in compliance with the D.Lgs. n.21/2014 and D.Lgs. 70/2003, has the right to be informed on the products, more specifically regarding the product and image description, the overall product price (that always includes VAT), from where the parcel is being shipped and its shipping costs, and terms of delivery.

More specifically regarding product images, these can differ a bit from the real product, and the Seller can no longer be held responsible for this, as there differences may arise from technical features of the computer or iphone.

Once the Client has placed the order, a confirmation email will be sent out, with Marzoline Order Number, product price, invoice and delivery address, and later on shipping info.

Once the order Is placed by the Client, the Seller is entitled to cancel the order in the following cases:

- the invoice address and shipping address are wrong or incomplete

- the order is wrong or incomplete

- the product is no longer available

- the payment is incomplete and was never received 

As per Payment Terms, the Seller will never keep or become acknowledge of the credit/debit card or Paypal data of the Buyer; the payment terms are the following:

- PAYPAL

- CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS

- BANK TRANSFER
