SHIPPING POLICY

 

Processing + Delivery Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 1pm, on weekends or holidays, will be processed the following business day. All orders are shipped from Milan (Italy).

Order are processed in: 3-4 business days in Italy ; 4-5 days for all the other countries. Marzoline declines all responsibility if the parcel shipped is lost or stolen.

 

Free Shipping Promo Code

When a FREE SHIPPING promo code is used, the Express Shipping cannot be applied. All parcels subject to FREE SHIPPING promo code will be shipped with regular method, that is around 4/5 days.
