RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email email@example.com with your order information and we will send you a return form.
We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition.
Marzoline will arrange a pick up at the address provided by the customer. Only after a quality check of the returned product, Marzoline will issue the refund.
Exchange: You may exchange any full price item within 7 days of receiving the item. Once the item is collected at the customer's address, Marzoline will run a quality check and if the item is in its initial conditions, the customer will receive notification of the shipping of the new item requested.
NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
- For on sale items and custom-made items.
- any items purchased on other websites or official retailers.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of shipped goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
